Your job:
Creation of high-quality and in-time user assistance for our customers – adhering to relevant standards, guidelines and Festo editorial guidelines
Semantic data preparation according to didactic, stylistic and normative aspects for different target groups of our electronic controls products
Information research and design of user-centric content
Support of information development and data preparation based on the requirements of digital transformation for new media
Working in interdisciplinary and multi-national team

Your qualification:
B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc./M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc. in relevant field with 4+ years of professional experience as a technical writer for electronic controls products




Excellent knowledge of English, of C2 level certification (as per Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills to successfully formulate concepts and ideas
Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and in a target group-oriented manner
Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards, style guides, and branding
Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy, clarity and consistency
Analyze existing content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing prospects
Knowledge of module-based data entry in a component content management system (CCMS)
Passion for evolving techniques in technical communication with very valuable analytical skills
Highly motivated team player and ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary and multi-national environment
