Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business applications.
Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise-level business applications.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate technical information clearly.
Familiarity with system integration concepts and business process workflows.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on business impact.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
