Roll definition: Accounts and Inventory Executive is the one who is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely account entries and maintaining all inventories of raw material and finished goods.

Responsibility deliverable:
Accurate and timely accounting entries
Inventory record keeping and management
Issuing Purchase orders & Sales Orders
Developing your arsenal to get to next level

Tasks and activities:
Accurate and timely accounting entries
All Accounting entries: Purchase, Receipt Payment, Payment, IOU, Cash, Sales Bill, Journal Entry, EPF Entry, ESI Entry, Salary Entry
Reconciliation of accounts: B R S, Debtors, Creditors, Bank Statement
MIS: Fund Flow, Production Sheet, Prod Sheet Report, Cheque Book Report, Challan Book Report, Stock Statement
Compliances: E Way Bill, HSN Summary, T.D.S, Salary Register
Bill payments: Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bills,



Credit Card
Co-ordinations: PO Approvals, Vendor follow-ups,
Book keeping: Purchase Register, Sales Register
Issuing Purchase orders & Sales Orders
Purchase Order
Sales order
Inventory record keeping and management
Store: Stock In, Stock Out
MRN
Production sheet entry and update
