Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and researching potential projects that align with company offerings and capabilities.
Draft compelling proposals for various projects, leveraging AI tools to enhance writing efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members to gather project details for accurate submissions.
Engage with clients through messaging to clarify project requirements and analyse competitors bids and strategies to enhance proposal effectiveness.
Have robust communication skills to effectively convey ideas, fostering collaboration within the team and with clients.
Have a positive knowledge of working on google sheets and Docs and maintain an organized database of proposals submitted, including outcomes and follow-up actions.
Exhibit flexibility to work in rotational shifts according to client requirements.
