Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on Etsy and other e-commerce platforms.

Handle daily operations of the online store, including order processing, returns, and customer queries.

Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, packaging, and timely dispatch.

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility.

Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and platform representatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing an Etsy store and other e-commerce platforms.

Solid knowledge of e-commerce operations, product listing, and order fulfillment.





Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
