Jay Bhoomi Retreat is looking for experience Hotel industry, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Office Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering exceptional hospitality throughout their stay.
Welcome guests with a warm, courteous, and qualified attitude.
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently as per hotel SOPs.
Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B;, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Maintain accurate guest records and update the Property Management System (PMS).
Handle billing, payments, cash,



and card transactions accurately.
Answer telephone calls and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and qualified condition.
Ensure guest confidentiality and follow hotel security procedures.
Prepare daily reports and complete shift handover documentation.
Follow all hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
