Production Supervisor – Stationery Manufacturing

Location: Nathupur, Sonipat, Haryana (On-site)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and manage shop floor operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the stationery manufacturing industry with solid leadership and process improvement skills.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Allocate manpower and monitor workforce productivity.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
Implement and maintain 5S, safety, and GMP practices on the shop floor.
Reduce production wastage and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct in-process quality checks and resolve production issues.
Maintain production reports, shift reports, and daily MIS.
Train and guide operators and production workers.




Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.

Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3–6 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in the stationery, FMCG, printing, packaging, or plastic manufacturing industry.
Robust knowledge of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,350.81 per month
