Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with managers and board members to help run programs for women entrepreneurs.
Set up meetings and appointments for the team and make sure everyone knows when and where to meet.
Help share information and keep communication smooth between different people in the organization.
Make phone calls to connect with significant people and partners.
Help keep track of what is discussed in meetings and follow up to make sure tasks are done.
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone who speaks and writes clearly, and is comfortable talking to senior leaders.
Good at organizing schedules and making sure things happen on time.
What You’ll Gain:
