To ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of students residing in the hostel, while creating a supportive and structured living setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage students in the hostel/residential facility
Ensure discipline, hygiene, and daily routine are maintained
Provide care, guidance, and emotional support to students
Monitor attendance, health, and overall well-being of students
Coordinate with school staff, parents, and management when required
Handle emergencies and ensure student safety at all times
Maintain hostel records and reports
Oversee cleanliness, food arrangements, and basic facilities
Key Skills & Requirements:
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle students with care and discipline
Responsible, patient, and approachable nature
Basic administrative and record-keeping skills
Willingness to stay at the job location (Accommodation will be provided)
Preferred Qualification:
Prior experience as a warden/hostel in-charge or working with students is preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
