Design, develop, test, and maintain Java -based applications using contemporary frameworks and best practices.

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to high‑level solution design.

Take full technical ownership of assigned features or modules from inception to deployment.

Ensure delivery of high‑quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend or implement optimization strategies.

Conduct peer code reviews and identify potential pitfalls, loopholes, and improvement areas in codebases.

Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.





Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, and review meetings.

Participate in production issue analysis and provide timely resolutions or workarounds.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve the tech stack and development practices.

Write clean, productive, and maintainable code; perform thorough debugging and troubleshooting.

Guide, mentor, and support junior developers; provide constructive feedback through code and design reviews.
