Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Consultant – Hypercare Support with solid hands-on experience in migration and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will play a critical role during the hypercare phase, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and seamless transition to steady-state operations while working in NORAM business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end Hypercare Support during and after system migrations.
Act as a primary point of contact for post-go-live issues and escalations.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of application/system issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Monitor system performance, data integrity, and integration flows during hypercare.




Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and defects as per SLA.
Document issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge transfer.
Support transition from hypercare to BAU (Business As Usual) operations.

Required Skills & Experience
5–6 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Hypercare / Production Support.
Hands-on migration exposure (data, application, or system migration).
Strong experience in incident management, problem management, and change management.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience working in NORAM shifts.
Strong communication skills to interact with global stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure post-go-live environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise applications in production settings.
Exposure to ITIL processes.
Prior experience in global delivery or client-facing roles.
