We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented Operations Intern to support the daily operational activities of our organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and eager to learn how business operations function in a rapid -paced setting. This internship provides hands -on experience in process improvement, data management, coordination, and cross -functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day -to -day operational tasks to ensure smooth business workflows.
Help manage and update operational documents, databases, and reports.
Conduct research and data analysis to support process improvements.
Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with departments such as Finance, HR, Sales, and Logistics on operational activities.
Support project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and documentation.
Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management related field.
Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast -paced environment.
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
