Requirements
Candidates with Inbound Team Leader experience in BPO
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
Minimum 3 -4 years of experience as Team Leader
Ability to handle team targets and performance management
Supervise and manage the inbound calling team
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved
Monitor call quality and team performance
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members
Handle escalations and customer issues
Prepare performance reports and maintain team productivity
