Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls from customers interested in company products or services.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
Convert inquiries into successful sales.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience in sales is preferred (freshers with solid communication skills can also apply).
Good listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
