Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary:
CreditSea is looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Account Executive with solid expertise in TDS, advanced Excel, and hands-on experience with Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Indian taxation, GST compliance, and core accounting principles, along with the ability to manage financial data efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance in Tally Prime
Ensure accurate and timely TDS calculation, deduction, return filing (24Q, 26Q, etc.), and reconciliation
Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and input tax credit tracking
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records with proper documentation
Assist in audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Work on data analysis,



reporting, and automation using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of TDS (calculation, compliance, returns, and reconciliation)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, dashboards)
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
Good understanding of GST laws and compliance
Basic knowledge of Income Tax and Companies Act provisions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter
Experience in handling multiple clients or high transaction volumes
Exposure to accounting automation tools or ERP systems

Professional attitude and integrity
Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
