Cashier & Billing Executive

NJS LLP is looking for a Cashier & Billing Executive to manage billing operations, handle customer payments, and ensure accurate daily cash transactions. The ideal candidate should have good numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy in billing and cash handling.

Responsibilities
Generate accurate bills for customer purchases.
Receive cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments.
Ensure correct billing and issue invoices/receipts.
Handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate cash balances.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare end-of-day reports.
Resolve basic customer billing queries in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for smooth billing operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
Follow company policies and billing procedures.
Ensure a positive customer experience during checkout.

Requirements




Experience as a Cashier, Billing Executive, or in a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of billing software or POS systems.
Good mathematical and cash-handling skills.
Familiarity with UPI, debit/credit card, and digital payment methods.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
