Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and building long-term, trusting relationships.Sales & Business Development: Identify client needs to cross-sell and upsell products/services (e.g., loans, insurance, or premium accounts), working to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.Customer Onboarding & Retention: Facilitate smooth onboarding for current customers, monitor their accounts, and conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure loyalty.Problem Solving: Act as a bridge between the client and internal cross-functional teams to resolve complaints or commercial issues.Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide better-tailored solutions.
