Job Description – Assistant Store Manager

Position: Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Supervise and motivate the store team to deliver high performance.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse and vendors for stock availability.
Train current team members on store operations, customer service, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and loss prevention measures.
Support promotional activities, offers, and in-store events.





Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in apparel, toys, baby products, or FMCG.
Experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role is preferred.

Required Skills
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
Positive organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and on public holidays.

Salary
As per company standards and based on experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
