Responsibilities:
Product Design & Development Design and develop hospital furniture and related products based on customer requirements and industry standards.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
Develop product concepts and convert them into production-ready designs.
Conduct design reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.
Engineering Documentation
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Ensure proper document control and revision management.
Prepare design validation and verification reports.
Prototype Development & Testing
Coordinate prototype development and product testing activities.
Analyze test results and implement design modifications as required.
Support product validation and qualification processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Production, Quality, Purchase,
and Sales teams to ensure smooth product development and manufacturing.
Provide technical support during production and resolve design-related issues.
Participate in new product development and cost-reduction initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Identify prospects for product enhancement, value engineering, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies.
