Job Description
Generate new business leads through outbound calls and client outreach.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable conference and training solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Research potential delegates and business opportunities.
Achieve individual sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client engagement.
Represent the organization professionally while interacting with global clients.
Required Skills

Undergraduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream / Any Specialization)

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000
Annual Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,00,000+
