Job Title: Accountant Executive
Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST preparation and filing, TDS, Qualified Tax, Tally, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
Perform complete bookkeeping and maintain ledgers.
Prepare GST data and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Reconcile GST records with purchase and sales data.
Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns.
Handle Professional Tax (P-Tax) deductions and return filing.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.




Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in GST preparation and filing
Strong knowledge of TDS and Qualified Tax
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/TallyPrime
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
