Role & Responsibilities
Write, ideate, and storyboard short-form video scripts (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
Shoot, edit, and polish high-impact visual content using mobile or DSLR gear — from product demos to user testimonials.
Repurpose long-form assets into snackable social clips with hooks, captions,



and CTAs that drive engagement.
Collaborate with designers and growth marketers to A/B test content formats, messaging, and posting cadences.
Track post-performance using native analytics (Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio) and feed learnings into future creatives.
Stay ahead of platform trends — experiment with new audio, effects, and content hooks that amplify virality.
