Job Description
Hiring Recruitment Executive
Udyog Vihar ,Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Travel, and Logistics positions.
Source candidates through Naukri and other job portals.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Handle business approvals and ensure timely hiring.
Maintain recruitment reports and MIS using Excel/Advanced Excel.
Work closely with stakeholders to resolve hiring challenges and meet recruitment targets.
Requirements:
4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Sales, Travel, or Logistics hiring.
Robust sourcing skills on Naukri.
Proficiency in Excel and Advanced Excel.
Valuable problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
