Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Supervision
Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
Supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors at the site.
Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Technical Execution
Read, understand, and implement architectural and structural drawings on site.
Monitor execution quality as per engineering standards and safety norms.
Assist in planning and executing construction tasks as per project requirements.
Quantity & Measurement
Take quantity measurements, prepare quantity bills, and verify contractor billing.
Maintain daily records of materials received, used, and stock availability.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and management for smooth workflow.




Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight delays or site issues.
Ensure timely communication between site and office teams.
Safety & Compliance
Implement safety rules and ensure all workers follow site safety guidelines.
Report unsafe practices and prevent accidents in office.

Required Skills & Qualities
Bachelor degree (BE) in civil engineering or diploma in civil engineering
Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings.
Solid knowledge of civil work execution and materials.
Hardworking, responsible, and able to handle multiple site tasks.
Valuable communication and team-handling skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
