About the role
DigitalBot is hiring a Telemarketing Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and basic computer/technical knowledge who enjoys talking to people and hitting targets. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote DigitalBot's products/services
- Explain product features and perks clearly and confidently
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Update customer data accurately in CRM software
- Handle basic customer queries and objections
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Requirements
- Graduate in any field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Good verbal communication skills (English/Hindi/[local language])
- Basic computer skills — comfortable with CRM tools, MS Excel, email
- Confident, persuasive, target-driven attitude
- 0–2 years of telemarketing/telecalling experience (freshers welcome)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
