We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in the steel or metal industry and be capable of managing production, quality, maintenance, workforce, safety, and operational efficiency.
We seek candidates having minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in working with sheet metal fabrication or in factory or production management within the steel or metal manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage daily factory operations to achieve production targets.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise and lead production, maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch teams.

Optimize manpower, machinery,



and material utilization to improve productivity.

Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and minimize production downtime.

Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.

Coordinate with the Purchase, Sales, and Logistics departments for smooth operations.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports to management.

Train, mentor, and evaluate factory employees to improve performance and efficiency.
