Job Title: Field Supervisor

Location: Urla, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: Up to 18,000 per month
Job Type: Full time

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, manage labour teams, and ensure smooth execution of work at the plant. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills and the ability to coordinate field activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily field operations and ensure work is completed on time.
- Manage and coordinate labour teams.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the plant.
- Report daily work status and issues to management.




- Maintain discipline and follow company safety guidelines.

Eligibility

- Experience in field supervision is preferred.
- Ability to handle labour teams effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Candidates from manufacturing, steel, construction, or industrial backgrounds will be preferred.
