We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Retail Trainer to train and develop retail staff on customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, store operations, and company policies. The trainer will help improve employee performance, customer satisfaction, and sales productivity across retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for retail sales staff and store employees.
- Train employees on customer handling, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and assessment modules.
- Monitor employee performance and identify training needs.
- Conduct onboarding and induction training for recent hires.
- Ensure staff follow company SOPs and retail standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through tests and feedback.
- Support store teams in achieving sales and service targets.




- Coordinate with HR and store managers for training schedules.
- Maintain training records and reports.

Required Skills

- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Qualification

- Graduate in any stream.
- Certification in training or retail management is an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in retail training, retail sales, or store operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
