Job Title: Module Assembly Operator

Job Summary:
The Module Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling solar PV modules by following standard operating procedures, ensuring high product quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble solar PV modules according to production specifications.
- Handle solar cells, glass, EVA, backsheet, and frames with care.
- Perform layup, bussing, framing, and module finishing activities.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify defects.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area.
- Follow all quality standards and safety procedures.
- Report equipment issues or material shortages to the supervisor.
- Achieve daily production targets.

Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma / Higher Secondary (Preferred)
- Experience in solar module manufacturing is an advantage.
- Freshers with technical aptitude may also apply.

3. Electrical/Mechanical Technician

Job Title: Electrical/Mechanical Technician

Department: Maintenance

Job Summary:
The Electrical/Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining,



and repairing production machinery and utility systems to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
- Repair motors, sensors, pneumatic systems, and electrical panels.
- Maintain utilities such as compressors and air lines.
- Minimize machine downtime through timely maintenance.
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and workplace safety standards.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Skills Required:

- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
