We are hiring a patient Calling Executive For our Aesthetica 360 clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable Speaking with patients over the phone. The role involves handling enquiries, booking appointments, following up with lead, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call recent leads and existing patients.
- Explain clinic services and answer basic patient queries.
- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointment.
- Follow up with patients for consultations and treatment.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM .
- Coordinate with the front desk and doctor for smooth appointments management.
- Achieve daily calling and appointment booking targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 year of experience in telecalling customer service ,or sale in healthcare experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude, persuasive communication and customer-focused approach.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
