Job Summary:

We're seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Procurement Officer to lead our procurement function and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of procurement leadership, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

- 20+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role




- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to drive business growth
- Experience in FMCG industry is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹7,000,000.00 per year
