Key Responsibilities * Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities. * Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. * Create a warm, positive, and engaging classroom environment. * Monitor each child's progress and provide regular feedback to parents. * Maintain classroom discipline while encouraging creativity and exploration. * Collaborate with fellow teachers and management to ensure high-quality early childhood education. * Ensure the safety and well-being of every child at all times. Requirements * Graduate (Mandatory) * Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (Preferred) * Prior experience in a preschool or daycare is preferred.
