Job Summary

NITRRO Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to generate memberships, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the club. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills with a passion for fitness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development

- Generate current membership sales through walk-ins, leads, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct club tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and promotional offers.
- Follow up with prospective members through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Convert enquiries into memberships through effective sales techniques.
- Upsell Personal Training (PT), group classes, and other fitness services.

Lead Management

- Maintain daily follow-up of all assigned leads.
- Update lead status accurately in the CRM.
- Ensure timely response to online and offline enquiries.




- Generate referrals from existing members.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members.
- Resolve member queries professionally and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and member retention.

Marketing & Promotions

- Participate in promotional activities, events, and outdoor marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation initiatives and local marketing activities.
- Represent the brand professionally during corporate events and promotional drives.

Reporting & Administration

- Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports.
- Submit daily activity reports, follow-up reports, and sales updates.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Operations for membership processing.
- Ensure all membership documentation is complete and accurate.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
