Branch Manager – Lucknow

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage overall branch operations and achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Lead and supervise sales, operations, and academic teams.
- Drive business growth and local marketing activities.
- Ensure excellent student experience and smooth branch functioning.
- Monitor branch performance, expenses, and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and report to Head Office.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in branch management or operations.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Beauty & Wellness, or Training Institutes preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to drive sales and business growth.
