We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Support Executive to manage our network of tiffin partners. You will be the primary point of contact for onboarding quality, partner education, and communication. This role is essential in ensuring our partners have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Regularly audit partner listings to ensure menus, pricing, and descriptions are accurate, qualified, and up-to-date.
- Partner Training: Schedule and conduct weekly webinars to educate tiffin partners on platform features, best practices, and service standards.
- Content Creation: Design engaging PowerPoint presentations and training materials to be shared with partners for their growth and support.
- Relationship Management: Act as a bridge between the company and tiffin partners,
resolving queries and providing proactive support.
- Reporting: Track partner performance and listing accuracy, providing feedback to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or partner management.
- Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English).
- Ability to present confidently during online webinars.
- Work Style: Organized, patient, and capable of managing multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
