Speedways Rent A Car Pvt. Ltd. is a leading corporate car rental company based in Mumbai, providing reliable transportation solutions to corporate clients across India. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Email, and Walk-in customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed car rental bookings.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers and corporate clients.
- Follow up on enquiries and generate current business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Maintain daily booking records and basic MIS reports.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and provide excellent customer service.




- Assist in managing the company's Instagram and LinkedIn pages by responding to enquiries and posting basic updates.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Travel, Hospitality, BPO, or Car Rental.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Email, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong customer handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Car Rental, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Logistics, Fleet Management, Customer Support, or B2B Sales will be given preference.
