Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Optimization: Develop, monitor, and improve injection molding processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Mold Management: Collaborate with Mold maintenance team and vendors for mold corrections , modifications, and

maintenance.
- Machine Setup & Troubleshooting: Set up molding machines Process and auxiliary equipment; identify and resolve

process related issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure molded products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and

testing.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process parameters, production output, and maintenance





activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Specifications:

Robust knowledge of Process setting, Mold loading & offloading, materials, and machine operations.

- Familiarity with OEE , 5S , ISO and Safety standard.

- Excellent problem-solving / Trouble shooting and analytical skills.

- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Education

Diploma in Plastic Engineering , CIPET.
