Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the Expedia process. In this role, you will handle customer interactions via chat and voice, assist with travel-related queries, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice support channels.
- Assist customers with travel-related concerns such as bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide accurate information and quick resolutions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice process.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent english communication both written and verbal is required.
- Only immediate joiners are Preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹32,000 CTC + ₹8,000 Incentives
- Retention Bonus: ₹50,000 ( 6mnths to 1 year )
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shift: Rotational shifts and weekly offs
