Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and a proven track record in sales and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and proactively offer relevant solutions and products/services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to discuss performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.




- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within existing client accounts to achieve growth targets and expand the company's footprint.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategies and product enhancements.
- Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or escalations promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports within the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, retention goals, and other key performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding client needs and market opportunities.
