- Preventive Care: Schedules and performs routine servicing to stop equipment breakdowns before they happen.
- Rapid Repair: Diagnoses and fixes machinery failures quickly to minimize costly production downtime.
- Failure Analysis: Investigates recurring equipment issues to find and eliminate the root cause.
- Data Tracking: Logs work orders and manages spare parts inventory using CMMS software.
- Safety Compliance: Enforces strict safety protocols, environmental regulations, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Performance Tuning: Analyzes machinery data to continuously improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Team Support: Supervises, trains, and guides technicians during complex repair operations.
