Responsibilities:

- Monitoring performance and initiating action to strengthen results.
- Tracking and reporting scorecard results to senior management.
- Supporting problem resolution, decision-making and Conducting timely performance evaluations.
- Ensuring the employees are following the site policies, guidelines and procedures in the monitoring of the cameras.
- Managing a team of 4+ employees and ensuring that the team is meeting the desired standards & goals.
- Ensuring the protection for personnel and property on the client sites.
- Planning and goal-setting for future periods.

Basic Qualifications:

- Must have Bachelor's degree or above.
- Must have 10-12 years of experience in management or supervisory positions.
- Computer skills are required as 100% of our work is on computers.
- Valuable communication skills (English, Punjabi preferred).
- Must be able to communicate in english.
- Team handling and conflicts resolution skills.
- Self-learner.
- Working hours will be 9 Hours.
