About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Content Creator & Designer who is passionate about creating engaging visual content and understands what performs on social media. If you're someone who enjoys shooting videos, editing reels, designing creatives, and turning ideas into compelling content, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos
- Plan, shoot, and edit product videos and lifestyle content
- Capture high-quality product photography
- Design social media posts, banners, ad creatives, and campaign visuals
- Develop creative concepts for product launches and marketing campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement them in content
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute content planning
- Cover artisan stories, behind-the-scenes videos, exhibitions, and events
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements

- Experience in content creation and graphic design
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut,



DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and composition
- Creative storytelling and copywriting skills are an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Meta Ads creative design
- Product photography and lifestyle shoots
- Motion graphics and animation
- Experience in creating e-commerce product listing images.
- Experience in AI designing tools.
