About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development with proven experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of Vendors and Implementors, a track record of generating staffing requirements, and the ability to build and grow client relationships independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard new Vendor and Implementor accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from the ground up.
- Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of staffing requirements.
- Take complete ownership of client accounts and drive account growth.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to source and submit qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle, from requirement generation to successful placement.
- Follow up on candidate submissions, interviews, client feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.




- Develop strategies to expand existing accounts and create new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities and account status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the US Staffing industry.
- Strong experience working with Vendors and Implementors.
- Demonstrated success in generating requirements and closing staffing positions.
- Ability to independently build, manage, and expand client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing process.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
