Job title: System admin (L2)

Location: Goregaon (W) – Mumbai

Shift timings: versatile

Reports to: Manager Infra

Works with: IT Infra Support Team

Key Responsibilities:

- Linux server management
- AWS Cloud management
- Knowledge of CDN, Routing, Apache, Route 53, Domain Management (Hosting, Registration), SSL, DNS, Website Management, Gitlab, PWA setup.

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

- 2+ years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting Linux / AWS Cloud
- Website hosting Service apache, Nginx, PWA setup
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- knowledge of Messaging system (Preferably Zimbra or any Linux email system)




- Knowledge of physical & virtual environments.
- The candidate must be capable of maintaining strong documentation for all systems and training processes.
- Able to support IT corporate requirements outside the normal business hours.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in using a Helpdesk based ticketing system is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
- Help Desktop support team to resolve Desktop escalated issues.
- Good knowledge Email client POP, IMAP, SMTP Protocol.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
