We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the organization's financial reporting and budgeting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, journals, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial documentation.
