Audiotone Hearing Clinics is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tele Calling Executive to manage and convert leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Website, WhatsApp, and Phone Calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience in handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
The primary responsibility is to ensure every lead is contacted promptly, followed up consistently, and converted into clinic visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact all new leads generated through:
- Facebook Ads
- Instagram Ads
- Google Ads
- Website Enquiries
- WhatsApp Messages
- Phone Calls
- Respond to leads within 5–10 minutes whenever possible.
- Understand the customer's hearing concerns and explain Audiotone's services.
- Schedule appointments at the nearest Audiotone Hearing Clinic.
- Coordinate appointments with the respective clinic branch.
- Send appointment confirmations through WhatsApp or SMS.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls for customers who have not booked or visited.
- Maintain complete and accurate lead records in the CRM or Excel.
- Update lead status after every interaction.
- Re-engage missed, pending, and inactive leads.
- Achieve monthly appointment booking and clinic visit targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and encourage clinic visits.
- Escalate priority or complex customer cases to the Clinic Manager when required.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team regarding lead quality and campaign feedback.
- Ensure no lead is missed or left without follow-up.
Daily Responsibilities
- Call all new leads received during the day.
- Follow up with previous pending leads.
- Confirm next-day appointments.
- Record call outcomes and update CRM.
- Share daily lead status and appointment reports.
- Coordinate with clinic staff regarding scheduled patients.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Valuable telephone etiquette.
- Strong persuasion and customer handling skills.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Healthcare.
- Experience handling digital marketing leads is an added advantage.
