Your Role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in building lasting relationships.

Your Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through:
- Phone Calls
- WhatsApp
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Email
- Website Chat
- Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their requirements.
- Explain product features, offers, services, and ongoing promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up conversations.
- Deliver a warm, professional, and positive customer experience on every interaction.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Loves talking to people and helping them.
- Has excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Is confident,



patient, and empathetic.
- Can multitask and handle multiple customer conversations.
- Has basic computer knowledge.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
- Learns quickly and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a positive attitude and is eager to grow.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, Sales Support, or Client Relationship roles is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates residing in Mumbai or nearby areas will be preferred.
