The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling drivers, vehicles, or field personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. This role involves monitoring schedules, communicating with drivers and customers, handling route changes, and resolving transportation or service-related issues while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or field staff according to daily operational requirements.
- Monitor vehicle locations and delivery/service progress using tracking systems.
- Communicate with drivers to provide route updates, instructions, and support.
- Respond promptly to delays, emergencies, and operational issues by adjusting schedules as needed.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and customer information.




- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery or service schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation related to dispatch activities.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to improve service efficiency.
