We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions as required.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain proper documentation.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
