Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all electrical, instrumentation, telecom activities at site.

Scope Covered:

Supervision of:
o Cable tray and conduit installation
o Cable laying, dressing, and termination
o Instrument installation and tubing works
o Telecom systems (CCTV, PA/GA, FO, telephone)
o Flood Light and emergency light installation works (supports, stanchions)

Planning & Coordination:
o Daily work allocation to trades
o Coordination with client, engineering, and other disciplines
o Ensuring material availability and work front readiness

Quality Control:
o Ensuring work as per drawings and specifications
o Inspection of supports, routing, and installation quality
o Punch point identification and closure

Safety Management:
o Enforcing site safety procedures
o Toolbox talks and work permits
o Monitoring safe working practices

Progress Monitoring:




o Tracking daily progress vs plan
o Reporting to project manager
o Supporting S-curve / progress documentation

Key Skills:
-Solid knowledge of E&I; & telecom installation
-Ability to read drawings (SLD, layout, P&ID;)
-Leadership and manpower handling
-Planning and coordination skills

Qualifications:

-Minimum 5+ years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities
-Relevant Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
-Experience in EPC / Industrial / Infrastructure projects preferred
